FirstLine® Therapy

What is the FirstLine® Therapy Therapeutic Lifestyle Program? FirstLine® Therapy (FLT) is a clinically-proven, structured but user-friendly, 12 week program for men and women that can be customized to fit your unique needs and preferences. Our FirstLine® Therapy practitioner will work intensively with you to develop a prescription for nutrition and activity based on your current health status and goals. Many of us know just from common sense what leading researchers are proving in studies; that many of the health disorders we see today result from improper nutrition and a sedentary, high-stress lifestyle. But if you’ve had a hard time knowing where to begin and what principles are important to follow, FLT was developed with you in mind.FLT is perfect for healthy people who believe in doing what they can to reduce their risk factors for chronic illnesses, it is also is helpful for people who have already developed a lifestyle-related or other health problem and want to do all they can to help themselves. It’s a simple, program that’s been tested in the real world with people just like you.

FirstLine® Therapy Packages

Our Individual Program:

Our individual program is 12 weeks long and includes a series of six private consultations with our nutritional counselor. Our counselor will customize your program according to your weight loss and health needs.

Program Details:

Your first visit will be approximately an hour long, and at that time you and your nutritional counselor will work together to build your program specific to your needs. You will go over your FLT journal and design a menu based on your preference and weight loss needs. At your first, third, last visit you will have a test called Bioimpedance Analysis (BIA). This painless full-body measurement of your lean and fat body mass will be used in developing your menu and movement programs and track progress. After your first initial visit you will have 5 follow up visits. Each follow up visit is usually 30 to 45 minutes. During these visits your nutritional counselor will record progress and check in with you to see how you are doing on the program if any adjustments need to be made she will work with you and make them according to your needs.

We also encourage you to have some baseline blood work (like cholesterol and blood sugar) done if you have not had it recently. Your blood work will help us develop a program more specific to your health needs.

Our Group FLT Program:
